Captains Tournament- Straight to Vegas

Date & Time: Saturday, November 14th. Doors open 10am/start 11am

Location & Time: Pool Prodigy Pool Hall. 35 E Main St. Amsterdam, NY 12010 

Format: 1700 team cap (4 players) •Double Elimination, Matches played on 2 tables, Round Robin — 5 Rounds, Team handicap points apply

Entry fee: $30 per player or $120 per team. Entry fee includes TT. The $120 team entry fee will also be awarded to the winning team minus TT

Winning team: Each player receives $800 in travel assistance to compete at the CSI-BCA pool league Championships. 8-ball team format March 3-6, 2027. 

Registration deadline: Sunday November 1st

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  All 2026 8-ball & 9-ball team captains are eligible to compete from Winter, Summer, or Fall Session.

•2026 captains simply need to be an active PLAYER on a team during the Fall session and play a minimum of 4 matches. (Current session)

•New Captains for Fall session must be officially designated as a Team Captain by Week 4. New captains must remain a team captain for the entire Fall session.

•All players must have completed at least 8 MATCHES WITHIN ONE SESSION ON A SINGLE TEAM DURING THE 2026 LEAGUE YEAR. This is a requirement to play in Vegas.

IF A WINNING CAPTAIN CANNOT ATTEND:

If something comes up and a player from the winning team can no longer travel with the team, the following applies.

•The player will receive 30% of their individual winnings. The remaining 70% will stay with the team and be used towards a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the team will select a player who participated in the Captains Tournament.

•If more than one winning Captain is unable to attend, these same terms will apply to each player being replaced.
